2)Cooling and humidification:
In industries such as steel, chemical, and manufacturing, there are usually personnel operating around high-temperature work areas such as iron furnaces, blast furnaces, melting furnaces, reaction tanks, etc. The temperature in these work areas is generally above 40-50 degrees Celsius, with an air humidity of only 10% and a large amount of dust in the air. Long term exposure to such conditions can easily lead to respiratory diseases if workers do not take protective measures. By using high-pressure mist, heat can be quickly absorbed from these areas, dust can be controlled, and humidity in the air can be increased. 3)Application of odor control and sterilization engineering
High pressure mist can generate strong adsorption capacity and, when combined with surfactants, can effectively absorb organic gases and suspended particles. Therefore, it is widely used for deodorization and deodorization in waste treatment plants. In addition, by adding specialized deodorizing and sterilizing agents to the water, the mist produced by the equipment can not only adsorb gas suspended particles and dust, but also effectively kill bacteria in the air.
