Working principle
By quantitatively feeding, ensure that the material can enter the rollers evenly. The electromagnetic speed regulating motor provides power for the spiral feeding device, and the screw reducer rotates. The material enters the main feeding port through the belt. Among them, the electromagnetic speed regulating motor has a constant distance characteristic, so in order to press stable quality pellets, it is necessary to ensure that the material content of the spiral feeder is equal to the material content required by the host, that is, the two are balanced. If the feeding amount is too small, it will not form a ball; If the feeding amount is too large, it will cause electrical overload of the feeding device. Therefore, the normal operation of the ball press cannot be separated from correct operation and proficient skills. The electromagnetic speed regulating motor provides power to the host, which is transmitted through the belt pulley and cylindrical gear, and finally transmitted to the drive shaft through the rod pin coupling. The main function of an open gear is to coordinate the active shaft and passive shaft, ensuring their synchronous operation. The passive bearing is located behind the front end of the hydraulic protection device piston rod. Under the action of the hydraulic pump, high-pressure oil is pressed into the hydraulic cylinder, causing axial displacement of the piston. If the metal block enters between the two pressure rollers or if there is too much feed, it will cause the hydraulic cylinder piston rod to be overloaded and the hydraulic pump to stop. At this time, the accumulator can buffer pressure changes, and the overflow valve will automatically open. By changing the position of the piston rod, the distance between the two pressure rollers can be increased. Hard objects or excessive materials can pass through the rollers, and the equipment can resume normal operation, ensuring the safety of the rollers.
