High precision ultrasonic filter machine
With the increasing demand for high purity and high performance in cutting-edge technology fields, there is an urgent need for raw material particles to be micronized (the smaller the particle diameter, the better its adsorption, dispersion, and reactivity). Especially in the fields of electronic materials, fine chemicals, * * * ceramics, and functional films, the performance of their products is greatly affected by the uniformity and purity of particles, thus requiring strict requirements for particle breakage. However, only ultrafine particles below 1um can meet the above requirements. Such small particles are difficult to achieve industrial classification filtration using well-known technologies, so there is an urgent need to develop new types of filter machines. The ultrasonic filter was developed in this context.
The higher the degree of micronization, the greater its aggregation (cohesiveness). Therefore, ultrasound should be able to break up clusters and separate particles. In addition, considering that the formation of filter cake by condensed particles and foreign particles on the filter screen will reduce the filtration rate, ultrasound should be able to disperse the filter cake so that the filter screen does not clog and continuous filtration can be achieved.
The ultrasonic filter produced by our company has the advantages of low energy consumption, closed operation, small land occupation, low cost, and automated operation. Currently, it has been used in the production of additives, synthetic fibers, pigments, and fine ceramics.
Mainly used for dispersing, filtering, and removing foreign objects in pigments, coatings, and pharmaceuticals.
