Affi system's next-generation hardness tester
The operator only needs one action to start automatic program measurement without any pause: contacting the workpiece, preloading and main loading, indentation measurement, unloading, and releasing the workpiece. All testing steps can be completed with one click, completely eliminating operator errors and maximizing the accuracy and repeatability of testing. The AFFRI system is capable of automatically contacting the surface of test samples without the need to move them. Once in contact with the workpiece, the testing system and indenter immediately start working, clamping the workpiece, applying a load, and finally measuring according to the Brinell, Rockwell, or Vickers method. Even during the measurement process, if the test sample undergoes an axial deflection of 50mm, the system can still maintain measurement accuracy. This automatic compensation can maintain accurate measurement results in harsh testing environments. (Automatic compensation for the influence of deformation of workpieces and frames under high loads on measurement accuracy) External vibration sources have no impact on the results, and the sensor detects a frequency of 1000Hz, automatically compensating for overload and load instability caused by vibration Before loading, the test sample is automatically clamped and locked (clamping force of 20 to 400kgf). The fully automatic closed-loop load control system of AFFRI SYSTEM provides the highest precision loading force, fully complying with ISO-JIS standards.
