The spiral centrifuge produced by our company not only ensures the rationality of the structure, but also has advanced technology and fine production. Structural features:
1. Differential: The differential adopts three-star planetary gears, which have the characteristics of high speed ratio and high torque.
2. High wear resistance: The spiral and slag outlet are welded with German imported alloy rods and use a dedicated wear-resistant sleeve process.
3. Large aspect ratio: A large aspect ratio allows the suspension to stay in the drum for a long time, which can increase the processing capacity while ensuring the separation effect.
4. Low vibration: The dynamic balancing of the drum is carried out on a horizontal dynamic balancing machine. Spiral dynamic balancing adopts a dedicated spiral dynamic balancing device, which can achieve three sided dynamic balancing and high-speed (working speed) dynamic balancing. This can correct the winding of the spiral in real time and increase its stability. Long term maintenance of good results.
5. Low noise: The casing adopts a double-layer and soundproof layer design, and the casing and bearing seat adopt a new sealing structure, coupled with precise dynamic balancing, which significantly reduces noise.
6. Large processing capacity: Due to the adoption of new three cone angle technology, deepening of the liquid pool, lengthening of the straight drum, and addition of clear phase guide holes on the spiral, the processing capacity of the new centrifuge has been greatly improved. 20-30% higher processing capacity than similar domestic models.
