The UH-CT superhard wire attack characteristics are as follows:
1. For the tapping processing of [mold steel] and [tool steel] with 50-60HRC (Max: 63HRC) after heat treatment.
2. The material is made of superhard alloy with excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.
3. To increase wear resistance, the surface of the wire is treated with aluminum titanium nitride (TiALN).
4. The specially designed groove angle can provide stable cutting force and good chip shape.
