High-Efficiency Air Filters

1. Key control parameters for medium-efficiency air filters include rated airflow, filtration efficiency at rated airflow, initial resistance at rated airflow, dust holding capacity, and dimensions.

2. According to the test methods specified in JG/T22-1999 "Performance Test Methods for Air Filters for General Ventilation," filters with an atmospheric dust counting efficiency of ≥20% and <70% for particles ≥1.0μm in diameter are classified as medium-efficiency air filters.

Mainly used in intermediate filtration of air conditioning and ventilation systems, and industrial purification in pharmaceuticals, hospitals, electronics, food, etc. It can also be used as a pre-filter for high-efficiency filters to reduce the load on the high-efficiency filters and extend their service life. 

Due to its large air-facing surface, the combined medium-efficiency air filter has a large dust capacity and low air velocity, and is considered to be the best medium-efficiency air filter structure currently available.

High-efficiency air filters use ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter media, and offset paper, aluminum membrane, and other materials as separators, bonded to a wooden frame and aluminum alloy. 

They use special silicone rubber, which is odorless, does not harden on the surface, and will not crack over time. It has stable chemical properties, is corrosion-resistant, can absorb stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction without cracking, has moderate hardness, and good elastic recovery. Each unit is tested by the sodium flame method and features high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust capacity.
