2. The heavy-duty plate feeding machine can be driven by planetary reducer combination, right angle shaft reducer combination and other combinations according to the needs of different users. The driving device adopts an integral suspension and a single point floating structure, which reduces installation errors and improves the service life of the transmission system. The whole machine adopts keyless connection, with a compact and reasonable structure, easy assembly and disassembly, and good chain synchronization.
3. The drive chain adopts a reinforced connection with track chain pins and sleeves, both of which are made of heat-treated alloy steel. In order to withstand greater weight, the chain connection is manufactured using drop forging. The use of maintenance free sealing has extended the lifespan of the chain.The chain plate can be overlapped in two forms: single circle or double arc, which makes the feeder resistant to impact, wear, and material leakage during use. The motherboard is made of manganese steel alloy plate, with longitudinal center ribs at the top and bottom to ensure and prevent excessive bending of the plate.
4. The supporting wheels and drag chain wheels are made of heat-treated forged alloy steel and equipped with hardened grinding shafts that match the central thrust shaft shoulder, tightly distributed throughout the entire length of the feeder. Provide sufficient support to the chain board during operation and ensure smooth operation. The configured bearings adopt full life cycle lubrication and maintenance free structure.
5. By using low-speed high torque reducers or hydraulic motors as power sources and intelligent drive technology of frequency converters, the mechanical impact frequency of the transmission system is effectively reduced, the impact amplitude is reduced, and the impact on the power grid is greatly reduced. It can achieve stepless frequency conversion operation, mechatronics intelligent safety protection, and equipment operation is safe, controllable, stable, and reliable.

Heavy duty plate feederIt is the power of a variable frequency electric motor (hydraulic motor) that drives the sprocket shaft to rotate through a coupling and reducer, and the sprocket teeth mesh with the chain pin shaft, dragging the chain plate to make continuous linear motion. The chain plate is supported by supporting wheels and idler wheels installed on the frame, and the chain and sprocket are correctly engaged by adjusting the tensioning device to complete the purpose of conveying materials.
