| The heat network cleaner is mainly used in the hot water pipe network system of power plants. It is a fully automatic sewage filter that can automatically start the backwash mechanism and open the sewage valve when the pressure difference of the filter screen rises to the set value when it becomes dirty. When it falls below the set value, the backwash mechanism and sewage valve will automatically close, and the cleaning cycle, cleaning time, and manual cleaning function will also be set. The automatic sewage filter is composed of a high-quality carbon steel cylinder, butterfly valve, and sewage system. When the equipment is in the filtering state, the butterfly valve is in the open state, and the water flows into the filter from the inlet, passes through the filter element, and is discharged from the outlet. Impurities are blocked inside the filter element. But after working for a period of time, the solid particles accumulate more and more, and the effective filtering area of the filter element will become smaller and the pressure drop will continue to increase. At this time, by closing the butterfly valve and opening the drain valve, due to the pressure difference inside and outside the filter element, some of the water flow enters the backwash system from the inlet, continuously flushing down the solid particles accumulated on the inner wall of the filter element. The particles and other impurities are continuously discharged through the drain outlet. In this way, the pressure drop will return to the original state, and the filter will be put into normal working condition. During backwashing, the entire filtration system can operate normally without stopping the machine. | ||||
