Hammer test device SC-CJ60
GB/T 2694 Appendix B Hot dip galvanized coating adhesion test, drop hammer test method
Product Overview:
This test device complies with the drop hammer test method of GB/T2694-2010, YDT757 and other standards, and is suitable for the adhesion test of hot-dip galvanized layers. It uses a hammer head to freely drop and strike the sample to test whether the galvanized layer meets the standards.
This product is suitable for quality inspection and control of iron towers and quality inspection departments.
Technical parameters:
1. Complies with Appendix B of GB/T 2694-2010 Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Transmission Line Towers - Methods for Adhesion Test and Drop Weight Test of Hot Dip Galvanized Coating.
2. Hammer head. Material: 45 steel, mass: 210g ± 1g
3. Hammer handle material: oak, weighing approximately 70g
4. Base: Thickness 15mm, Length and Width: 250X250mm, Material Q235-A
5. Vertical height from the centerline of the hammer head to the base surface: 300mm ± 1mm
usage method:
1. The experimental setup is shown in Figure B.1. The hammer used for the experiment should be installed on a fixed wooden test bench, and the test surface should be kept at the same height as the hammer base.
2. Adjust the device according to the table level to make it horizontal, adjust the sample, and place the sample horizontally so that the distance between the striking point and the edge, corner, and end of the sample is not less than 10mm. The hammer head faces the center of the platform, and the hammer handle is perpendicular to the base plane before falling freely. Strike 5 points in parallel at intervals of 4mm. Check the surface condition of the galvanized layer to ensure it meets the standard requirements, and do not repeatedly strike at the striking point.
