This product is developed and researched according to the requirements of the national power industry's' five prevention ', and is a new and multifunctional intelligent control device for switchgear. It is mainly used for 3-35KV indoor switchgear and is suitable for various switchgear such as central cabinets, handcart cabinets, fixed cabinets, and ring main units. It has multiple functions including a dynamic simulation diagram of a circuit, circuit breaker position indication, handcart position indication, switch status, grounding knife switch position indication, spring energy storage status, high-voltage live indication, electromagnetic locking, temperature and humidity control, voice anti error prompt, human induction, remote/local switch, on/off switch, lighting/energy storage switch, high-voltage power verification, phase verification, self inspection, RS485 and fan output. The installation method adopts embedded design, which is fixed by mounting brackets; Users only need to provide the system scheme diagram, switch contacts, and corresponding functional requirements once when selecting.

① Simulation indication section
A. Circuit breaker status indication (passive contact input).

Note: In the event of a power loss, all illuminated indicators do not light up, and the above contact signals are all from the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker.
② High voltage live indication part (in accordance with DL/T538-93)
A. High voltage A, B, C, three-phase LED starting voltage (KV): rated phase voltage x (0.15-0.65).
B. High voltage A, B, C, three-phase interlocking control voltage (KV): rated phase voltage x 0.65.

Note: Forced locking control power supply: AC or DC 220V, can ensure reliable operation of the locking part; During operation, if the control power disappears, the locking contacts will not malfunction, and the locked equipment will still be reliably locked.
③ Temperature and humidity monitoring section (digital tube loop display)
1. Two temperature channels and two humidity channels.
2. Temperature and humidity sensor disconnection alarm.
3. Load disconnection alarm.
4. Fan output (over temperature alarm).
④ Electrical verification (nuclear phase) or self inspection (optional function)
★ Electrical verification function: Test whether the high voltage is charged (provide an electrical tester).
★ Nuclear phase function: Used for high voltage input phase verification when the busbar cabinet is electrically connected to other cabinets during high voltage distribution (no nuclear phase detector provided).
★ Self checking function: Check the functions of the high-voltage three-phase indicator lights and switch stations.

⑦ Human body sensing and voice five prevention prompt function
A. When any phase of the three-phase high voltage is in a charged state and the operator approaches the front of the cabinet, a voice prompt will appear saying 'This cabinet has high voltage'.
B. When there is no live state in the three-phase high voltage, the operator approaches the front of the body and receives a voice prompt saying 'This cabinet has been powered off'.
C. When the grounding switch is in the closed state and the car is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, a voice prompt will appear saying 'Please disconnect the grounding switch'.
D. When the circuit breaker is in the closed state and the car is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, a voice prompt will appear saying 'Please disconnect the circuit breaker'.
E. When the grounding switch is in the closed state and the circuit breaker is in the closed state, and the trolley is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, a voice prompt will appear saying 'Please disconnect the grounding switch, please disconnect the circuit breaker'.
