HZJ01, HZJ01A, and HZJ01B DC motors are high-power series excited DC motors developed for oil electric drive drilling rigs. The motors adopt advanced motor manufacturing technology and advanced Kapton insulation structure internationally, and the main pole coils are hot pressed. Advanced mechanisms such as machine base steel plate pressure welding, steering gear spiral groove, inclined brush grip, and steel wire binding. The main characteristics of the motor are: positive pressure explosion-proof, high current, high torque, wide range of constant power speed regulation, good universality, maintenance free, high efficiency, and high reliability. Its external installation dimensions are the same as those of foreign DC drilling machines, and it can replace imported drilling motors. This motor can be used as a mud pump motor, turntable motor, or winch motor for a DC rotary drilling rig. According to the direction of the motor junction box (from the transmission end), different motor models are divided into HZJ01 (right side) and HZJ01A (left side).
