1、 Overview of HYC leak free magnetic submersible pump

The HYC leak free magnetic driven submersible pump is a pump type designed for applications where the medium needs to be fully enclosed to prevent leakage during transportation. The submersible part in contact with the liquid is entirely made of stainless steel, with a depth ranging from 1 to 6 meters. The main body of the pump is completely placed in the liquid and adopts a static seal design, without traditional mechanical seals. The medium can be completely isolated from the external air, truly achieving no leakage. It is particularly suitable for flammable, explosive, toxic, and high-risk media, with a wide range of corrosion resistance, high efficiency, safe and reliable shaft connection structure, and easy disassembly. It can pump without the need for liquid filling. The axial and radial forces generated by the pump operation are respectively controlled by rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Supported by bearings, it operates quietly and noiselessly, truly combining environmental protection and energy conservation in one high-tech, scientific, and practical application The product has strong corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, high mechanical strength, food grade, reasonable design, compact structure, reliable performance, easy use and maintenance, high efficiency, and energy saving.


2、 Advantages of magnetic submersible pump

1. HYC leak free magnetic driven submersible pump is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving leak free submersible centrifugal pump designed according to national standards;
2. The materials of the overcurrent components such as the pump body, inner rotor, pump cover, impeller, isolation sleeve, and pump shaft can be 304, 316, 316L, 904, TA2, HC276, etc;
3. The pump body and pump cover are designed with CFD computer fluid dynamics hydraulic components for module design and precision casting. They should be able to withstand the erosion of high-speed and high-pressure liquids, as well as the impact of instantaneous thermal shock. They should have high resistance to cavitation, precise dimensions, smooth flow channels, and ensure the corrosion resistance and pressure resistance of the pump;
4. The impeller also adopts CFD computer fluid dynamics to design hydraulic components for module design and precision casting, ensuring reliable torque transmission. Its closed structure, optimized flow channel design, high efficiency, and low NPSHR value ensure the stability of pump flow and head;
5. The isolation sleeve is made of materials such as 316L, TA2, HC276, and designed with a low vortex isolation sleeve. The isolation sleeve is located in a sinusoidal alternating magnetic field, inducing eddy currents on a cross-section perpendicular to the magnetic field lines and converting them into heat. High resistivity and high-strength non-metallic materials can be used to make isolation sleeves, which have a significant effect in reducing eddy currents, eliminating all excess heat and reducing energy consumption; It has high resistance to rupture pressure, high safety factor, and completely isolates the pump chamber from the outside, making the pump chamber completely sealed and achieving no leakage during the transportation process.

6. The dynamic ring, shaft sleeve, and sliding bearing are made of high wear-resistant and temperature resistant materials such as crystalline silicon carbide and tungsten carbide, which have high strength, wear resistance, good flexibility, and strong corrosion resistance, effectively ensuring the service life of the pump. The rolling bearings are imported NSK or SKF grease lubricated maintenance free bearings;
7. The magnetic block is made of samarium cobalt 2:17, with a magnetic energy product of 28 megaGauss Ultras and a maximum temperature tolerance of 350 ℃, which can greatly avoid demagnetization and ensure a theoretical service life of up to 20 years for the magnetic material;
8. The pump axial force self balancing structure utilizes hydraulic principles to automatically balance axial force through fluid pressure difference. The thrust plate of the rolling bearing only bears unbalanced axial force at the moment of starting and stopping, and can achieve almost zero axial force at the operating point, greatly improving the stability of the whole machine operation;
9. The magnetic pump adopts a double sliding bearing structure, which runs more smoothly, ensures smooth medium circulation, and provides excellent lubrication effect for the sliding bearings; The elastic gasket structure in the shaft sleeve and sliding bearing extends the service life of the bearing, reduces pump vibration, and avoids sliding bearing expansion and cracking caused by high temperature conditions;
10. No leakage, all sealing points adopt closed static sealing, driven by magnetic couplings, no need for nitrogen sealing, safe, economical and efficient, completely solving medium leakage;

3、 Magnetic submersible pumppurpose

Widely used in the transportation of volatile, flammable, explosive, toxic, harmful and other high-risk media in production processes such as petroleum, chemical, coalification, alkali production, smelting, rare earth, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, scientific research institutions, and national defense industries.
Performance range: Design pressure 1.6-5.0Mpa; Flow rate of 1.8-400m3/h; Lift 15-125m; Power range of 1.5-280kw;
Applicable temperature:- 20~350℃;
Attention: Media with a specific gravity greater than 1.3mg/cm3 should be specified when ordering; Prohibit air freight transfer; Do not transport media containing particles or crystals.
