Differential pressure transmitters mainly include three types: DP type (base type), HP type (high static pressure), and DR type (micro differential pressure). The above three types of transmitters can be combined with an intelligent amplifier board to form an intelligent differential pressure transmitter, which can communicate with each other through a handheld device that complies with the HART protocol for setting and monitoring. .
The DR type micro differential pressure transmitter can convert small differential pressure into 4-20mA DC signal output. It adopts a specially designed amplification circuit board and a special temperature compensation process, with stable and reliable performance. It is an ideal product for detecting primary and secondary air flow and airflow loss in furnace combustion chamber micro pressure. DP √△ P type flow transmitter is designed to receive differential pressure signals from throttling components, which are converted into 4-20mA DC signals proportional to the flow rate through a "J" type electronic circuit board with square root function This product uses electronic switch components to switch the relationship between the output current below 20% and the output differential pressure to linear, reducing the instability of the output current of the flow transmitter during the initial working stage. However, below 50% of the output current, due to the higher conversion sensitivity of the flow transmitter compared to differential pressure transmitters of the same specification, its stability is still slightly inferior to differential pressure transmitters.
