Product features:
HW and HWG mixed flow pumps are composed of pump cover, impeller, pump body, shaft sleeve, shaft, bearing body components, etc.
The pump cover is a component that connects the pump body and the inlet pipe. There is an appropriate gap between the pump cover and impeller. If the gap is too small, friction will occur. If the gap is too large, it will cause a large amount of liquid to flow back from the high-pressure area to the inlet edge of the impeller, which will reduce the efficiency of the pump. The size of the gap can be adjusted by the thickness of the paper pad, and the gap is generally between 0.3-0.7mm.
The shaft seal adopts oil immersed graphite packing seal, which is used to prevent air from entering the water pump and a large amount of water from flowing out along the pump shaft.
The shaft sleeve is used to prevent friction between the shaft and the packing. When the shaft sleeve is severely worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
The bearing adopts a single row ball bearing, which can be lubricated with oil to maintain the oil level within the oil benchmark indicator line, or it can be lubricated with grease, which is applied to the bearing during assembly. The small pump can add grease by removing the front and rear cover plates, while the large pump can add grease by feeling the oil.
The threaded hole on the top of the pump body is used for filling water before starting up, or for connecting a vacuum pump for exhaust and suction.
