HTC series efficient turbo ultrafine classifier

Main purpose:
Widely applicable for particle separation, iron removal, and selection in the processing of ultrafine powders in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and non-metallic minerals.
For example, the selection of gypsum powder, calcium carbonate, and other non-metallic minerals, as well as the iron removal and particle separation of feldspar, quartz, alumina, barite, and pegmatite, can easily form precipitates of granular materials such as pigments, dyes, insecticides, resins, cement, and non-metallic limestone, chalk, and E-PVC extruded materials.
At the same time, it can separate fiber impurities from materials of different densities, such as recycled rubber, extract special industrial ultrafine powders, such as magnetic powder, and has a wide range of applications.
working principle:
After the material enters the classification chamber, a centrifugal force field is generated under the high-speed rotation of the vortex shell and classification turbine. Micro powder that meets the particle size requirements is collected by the turbine, while coarse material falls into the lower box and is collected by closing the fan. Due to the special sealing mechanism used between the turbine and the upper casing, the sealing effect is very superior and the discharge particle size is more uniform. By adjusting the speed of the driving motor and the size of the secondary air intake, the best grading effect can be achieved.
characteristic:
1. This machine is a dry material air classifier with a reasonable structure, precise grading, narrow product particle size distribution range, high efficiency, and low energy consumption.
2. The blades of the graded impeller are made of special high-strength wear-resistant materials, greatly improving the stability of high-speed operation, resulting in finer graded particle size and longer service life. When dealing with viscous and cohesive materials, it greatly reduces the deposition of micro powder in the discharge pipe.
3. The series of high-efficiency turbine classifiers designed with computer-aided technology have a more compact structure and easier operation.
4. High grading accuracy, wide grading range, and the ability to adjust product particle size arbitrarily between 3-150 μ m. In general, ultrafine powders with a content of ≤ 5 μ m and over 97% can be obtained.
5. This machine occupies less space, has a simple and compact structure, is easy to operate, has fewer vulnerable parts, and is low-cost;
6. Low vibration, low noise, smooth operation, easy maintenance and cleaning, high degree of automation.
