IIExperimental principle

The principle of end quenching test is: according toHRC (or HV30) hardness scale, starting from the quenched end of the end quenched specimen, tests the hardness values of multiple points at certain intervals along the axis direction. Mark the positions of each measurement result in a coordinate system with hardness values on the y-axis and distance on the x-axis, connect the points, and draw a continuous curve.

4Features of the equipment

1. The measurement methods for the hardenability curve of up to 6 end quenched specimens can be automatically measured at once, including general hardenability steel and low hardenability steel;
2. The hardness tester is a digital Rockwell hardness tester that can be used separately and independently from the automatic system;
3. Automatically generate customized inspection reports and draw the hardenability curve of the sample.
4. Equipped with electronic electric loading sensors and a unique closed-loop control system.
5. The Z-axis of the workbench automatically rises and falls, and the X-axis and Y-axis directions of the sample table automatically move.

4.2 End quenching test device

4.2.1 Automatic stage for end quenching test in X and Y directions, automatically moves the sample to the next measurement position, with fast movement and high accuracy of movement distance. The sample movement distance is automatically controlled (maximum process: 100mm, displacement accuracy: 0.01mm). The number of measurement points and measurement positions can be set; According to the corresponding standard requirements or manually inputted parameters.

We are responsible for providing free training to the user's operators, including the principles, operation, maintenance, etc. of equipment use, until the user fully masters it.

From the date of self installation, debugging, and acceptance of the equipment, the warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions, we will be responsible for free and timely maintenance and replacement of parts. Due to human operation accidents, the damage is not covered by the warranty. We can provide spare parts in a timely manner and ship them to Party A by express delivery, providing convenience to Party A. The cost will be borne by the user.

If there is any malfunction of the equipment during the warranty period, Party B shall provide a response to Party A's technical consultation within 12 hours. If on-site service is required, Party B shall arrive at the site within 48 hours.
