The HRS-45M digital surface Rockwell hardness tester is an advanced surface Rockwell hardness tester that uses a large screen display and operation to digitally display hardness values. Through touch operation on the large screen, the surface Rockwell hardness scale can be selected, the test data can be displayed digitally, and various hardness values can be converted. And it has functions such as storing test data, printing and outputting, and setting up RS-232 super terminal. This machine has good stability and intuitiveness. The equipment is mainly used to measure the surface Rockwell hardness, thermal spray coating hardness, and thin small parts such as thin plates, small balls, thin shafts, small stamping parts with small support surfaces and requiring small indentation amounts of black metals, alloy steels, hard alloys, and metal surface treatments (carburizing, carbonization, electroplating). It is applicable to surface quenched steel, material surface heat treatment and chemical treatment, copper, aluminum alloy and other thin plates, galvanized, chrome plated, tin plated materials, bearing steel, cold hard castings, etc. Working environment: Working environment temperature: 10 ℃~35 ℃.
