1、 Overview
The HL-300 multifunctional fuel consumption meter produced by our company is an intelligent instrument with a microcomputer as the core, equipped with a volumetric fuel consumption sensor. It is used for fuel consumption testing on engine benches and vehicle roads of automobiles and tractors. The bench can measure and control reference numbers such as fixed volume, fixed time, and fixed weight. For road experiments, various road tests such as constant speed fuel consumption, acceleration fuel consumption, and fuel consumption per hundred kilometers can be conducted. This instrument is flexible in operation, easy to carry, accurate in measurement, stable in operation, intuitive in reading, and can greatly improve testing efficiency and accuracy. It is an ideal testing instrument for research, production, testing, and teaching departments of automobiles and tractors.
The instrument mainly consists of a host, a fuel consumption meter sensor, and cable connecting wires. Equipped with a micro printer, it can print measurement results in a timely manner or after testing. This instrument can measure two fuel consumption channels simultaneously, one measuring inlet oil and the other measuring return oil, making it particularly suitable for measuring return oil pipelines. The encoded flow and fuel consumption sensor that is matched has the advantages of high measurement accuracy and stable operation. The host adopts integrated circuits, which are stable and reliable, with reasonable software layout, data storage and processing functions, and can directly display and print calculation results.
