HK-3110ZR self ignition point testerIt is developed according to the industry standard DL/T706 of the Ministry of Electric Power of China, "Determination Method for Spontaneous Combustion Point of Anti fuel Oil Used in Power Plants", and is used to determine the spontaneous combustion point temperature of anti fuel oil in the speed control system of generators above 30MW. This instrument has high-precision intelligent temperature control, uniform heating, and reasonable layout; High precision and good accuracy.

Spontaneous combustion phenomenon refers to the phenomenon where a mixture of combustible materials and air in a specific test container produces a distinct flame at a certain temperature and within a specified time (5 minutes). The self ignition point is the lowest temperature at which a mixture of combustible materials and air undergoes self ignition under specific test procedures and conditions.HK-3110ZRThree point temperature measurement is adopted, namely: bottom center, middle of side wall, and top. The temperature of the top, middle, and bottom of the flask is controlled within 1 ℃ to achieve thermal equilibrium inside the container.
