Spontaneous combustion phenomenon refers to the phenomenon where a mixture of combustible materials and air in a specific test container produces a distinct flame at a certain temperature and within a specified time (5 minutes). The self ignition point is the lowest temperature at which a mixture of combustible materials and air undergoes self ignition under specific test procedures and conditions.HK-3110ZRThree point temperature measurement is adopted, namely: bottom center, middle of side wall, and top. The temperature of the top, middle, and bottom of the flask is controlled within 1 ℃ to achieve thermal equilibrium inside the container. The ignition point of the fire-resistant oil is observed using a reflective mirror.
