The electrode and flow tank are installed at the slurry outlet, effectively avoiding the impact of fast flow rate of desulfurization slurry particles on the bubbles and the influence of large changes in slurry pressure on the liquid contact potential, and improving the stability of electrode operation.
Self cleaning, the circulation pool adopts an impact sampling method. After the slurry reaches the circulation pool and the electrode, it quickly separates, ensuring real-time replacement of the slurry and self-cleaning of the electrode bubbles. It also reduces the deposition of calcium salts in the slurry and improves the service life of the electrode.
Self flushing and automatic flushing water systems use industrial water to regularly or remotely control the flushing of electrode sensitive components, ensuring the cleanliness of electrode sensitive components during long-term use.
