HGQC210 Portable H2The purity analyzer adopts a high-precision and stable TCD thermal conductivity detector, which is a specialized instrument for testing the purity of hydrogen gas in hydrogen cooled generators. This instrument has high testing accuracy and is easy to use. It is specialized for daily monitoring of hydrogen purity in power plant hydrogen cooled generators and hydrogen production stations. It can also be used for detecting the hydrogen replacement process during the start-up and shutdown of hydrogen cooled generators.
There are many drawbacks to using the original "absorption method" to test hydrogen purity: the operation is complex, time-consuming and labor-intensive, the testing accuracy is greatly affected by human operation, and the situation during the replacement process cannot be reflected in a timely manner during the start-up and shutdown processes. The HGQC210 portable hydrogen purity analyzer overcomes the shortcomings of the "absorption method" and does not require pre extraction of gas samples. It can be directly carried to the sampling point on site and connected to a gas tube for testing. The instrument is powered by rechargeable batteries, with small size, light weight, simple operation, rapid response, and stable readings.
