Product Introduction:

The HG series transformer curing oven is suitable for epoxy resin curing of transformers and preheating (pre drying) of coils and molds.

This series of products can be designed as two or more connected structures, with compact structure and beautiful appearance. The whole machine has good temperature uniformity and a unique hot air circulation method, which can meet the curing requirements of transformers with different processes.

Performance characteristics:

1. Choose a reasonable hot air circulation method based on the placement of the product, so that the temperature inside the furnace is more uniform and the curing (drying) effect is more significant;

2. Advanced electrical control, using an intelligent program temperature controller with PID parameter self-tuning, can set any curing curve according to different processes, with simple operation and reliable performance;

3. Low thermal conductivity high-quality aluminum silicate cotton insulation and unique insulation cotton filling method ensure the insulation performance of the curing furnace and achieve energy-saving goals;

4. The computer management software for multiple solidification furnaces is used to monitor and manage the actual application on site, further achieving energy conservation and improving production efficiency.
