Product Introduction:

The HG-S series transformer tunnel furnace is a fully automatic vacuum drying, mold preheating, primary curing, and secondary curing tunnel furnace independently developed, designed, and produced by our company. It is suitable for epoxy resin curing of transformers and preheating (pre drying) of coils and molds. This series of products is produced continuously and automatically through workpiece trays, with compact equipment structure, beautiful appearance, safety and reliability, and low operating costs. It has good temperature uniformity and a unique hot air circulation method, which can meet the curing requirements of transformers with different processes.

Performance characteristics:

1. Choose a reasonable hot air circulation method based on the placement of the products on the tray, so that the temperature inside the furnace is more uniform and the curing (drying) effect is more significant;

2. Adopting advanced electrical control and intelligent program temperature controller, heating and transmission programs can be set according to different tunnel furnace processes, with simple operation and reliable performance. More advanced automation control operations such as configuration software, computer distributed control, PLC touch screen control, on-site visualization, and mobile remote access can be selected according to needs;

3. Low thermal conductivity high-quality aluminum silicate cotton insulation and unique insulation cotton filling method ensure the insulation performance of the curing furnace and achieve energy-saving goals;

4. The computer management software for multiple tunnel furnaces is used to monitor and manage the actual application on site, further achieving energy conservation and improving production efficiency;

5. Adopting advanced patented conveying technology (patent number ZL2015 2 0766703.5), tray rhythmic conveying ensures precise and reliable tray positioning.
