Introduction:

This production line mainly produces large-diameter MDPE/HDPE pipes. This type of pipe has the advantages of heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, environmental stress cracking resistance, and good creep resistance. It is the preferred product for intercity gas transportation and urban water supply pipelines.


Production line and features:
Efficient extruder: equipped with our company's non-uniform wavy screw designed for PE pipes, forced cooling reverse spiral groove feeding section, and high-speed low-noise hard tooth surface gearbox, high output, low material melting temperature, and good energy-saving effect. Spiral diversion type composite machine head: ensuring uniform and non fluctuating melt pressure and flow rate, dense product, smooth surface, and no flow marks. Vacuum sizing and cooling system: using a plate sizing sleeve, with fast cooling speed and high efficiency. The water tank is made of stainless steel. Traction: Using two or more claw traction machines with variable frequency speed regulation. Cutting: Planetary cutting, capable of cutting large-diameter thick walled pipes. Identification line: Composite machine head, co extruded identification line.
