1、 Product Overview
The HDIL type photoelectric direct reading remote water meter is a new product developed by our company through the use of advanced non-contact photoelectric devices and a new reliable coding recognition method. The electronic reading of this water meter is synchronized with the reading of the water meter, overcoming the problem of other direct reading water meters not being able to recognize the word wheel carry. Its high reliability of reading greatly improves the efficiency of water supply enterprises, property communities and other management departments, reduces management costs, and effectively solves the problems of low manual meter reading efficiency, high errors, and difficult door-to-door visits. The reliable operation, accurate measurement, stable performance, and convenient operation of this type of water meter have made it the mainstream of market development today. This type of water meter complies with GB/T778.1~3-2007 "Measurement of Water Flow in Closed Full Pipelines - Drinking Cold Water and Hot Water Meters", CJ/T224-2012 "Electronic Remote Water Meters", and CJ266-2008 "Safety Rules for Drinking Cold Water Meters" standards.
2、 Main functional features
1. Accuracy of meter reading
By using photoelectric direct reading technology, the "window value" of the meter is directly read, reducing the fault points of cumulative pulse conversion and eliminating cumulative errors. The electronic part of the direct reading meter does not have mechanical contact with the counter and other devices inside the meter, and is not affected by shaking and causing errors; Meter reading adopts infrared photoelectric direct reading method, which is not affected by electromagnetic interference and light interference.
2. Convenience of meter reading
When reading meters, directly reading the "window value" of the meter does not require setting various parameters such as the base number and constant of the meter, and does not require storing data. The operation is convenient and practical.
3. Low power consumption "energy-saving"
Daily work does not require power supply, and the direct reading device only works when powered on during meter reading, avoiding measurement errors and extensive maintenance work caused by unstable, unreliable or faulty power supply.
4. Safety performance such as lightning protection
This type of water meter has added a specialized lightning protection circuit inside, greatly enhancing its reliability; At the same time, due to the electronic part inside the watch not working normally, it is isolated from the outside world, not affected by external electromagnetic interference, and does not interfere with other weak current systems, greatly blocking electromagnetic interference.
5. Convenient user query function
The M-BUS main station dedicated to this water meter has a card swiping query function. Each user can use their query card to query the reading of their own water meter on the M-BUS main station (3 water meters per household). When swiping the query card, the LCD screen displays the house number, meter number, and dial reading in sequence.
6. System engineering installation is simple, convenient, requires minimal maintenance, and has low costs
Using M-BUS bus connection, tree structure, convenient for construction and maintenance. Ordinary two core wire connection, without distinguishing positive and negative polarities, simultaneously completes data communication and provides meter power supply functions. The system does not require long-term power supply, does not require backup batteries, and does not consume electricity when not in operation, thus requiring less maintenance and lower costs.
7. The flexibility of meter reading methods
The meter reading system can be connected to the M-BUS master station through RS485 wired networking, GPRS wireless transmission, and the use of infrared meter readers for meter reading.
8. Infrared meter reading function
The management department can use an infrared meter reader to read the water consumption of a certain water meter under the intelligent M-BUS terminal, or it can read the water consumption of all water meters connected under the intelligent M-BUS data terminal, and then import the data into the management software on the computer.
9. Ladder style water pricing function
This water meter can achieve a tiered water pricing function through a management system, which facilitates property management, saves water, and avoids water resource waste.
