The HDIL tiered water meter is a measuring instrument that achieves different charging prices based on the monthly water consumption of users. This product can set multiple water consumption cut-off points to achieve multiple water prices. When the monthly water consumption of users does not exceed the boundary point, water fees can be charged according to normal water prices. When it exceeds the boundary point, water fees can be charged according to the corresponding water prices, which reasonably limits the user's water consumption, achieves water conservation, and avoids water resource waste. This product meets all technical requirements in GB/T778-2007 and CJ/T133-2012 standards.
Main functional features
1. Prepaid function: The water volume is transmitted bidirectionally through an IC card, with water purchased first and then used. If there is no water, the valve will automatically close and cut off the water supply.
2. Ladder water pricing function: The management department can set different tiers according to the local actual situation, and charge according to the tiered water consumption; Three tiers and four types of water prices can be set.
3. The settlement method is free and convenient, and the management department can set monthly settlement or annual settlement.
4. The water meter is equipped with a clock inside. Ordinary card swiping water meters can choose to use card timing or a timing device for timing, while networked water meters can choose to use networked methods for timing.
5. Water cut-off alarm function: When the remaining water level reaches the set alarm value, the water meter automatically closes the valve to remind the user to purchase water in a timely manner. After swiping the card, the user can continue to use it until the remaining water level is zero before closing the valve.
6. Low voltage protection function: When the built-in battery voltage drops to the critical voltage, the water meter will alarm and automatically close the valve, automatically saving the water meter information and effectively preventing water theft. After replacing the battery, the card will automatically open the valve.
7. Accumulation limit function: When the recharge amount exceeds the limit, the water meter will not read the purchased water amount in the card until the remaining water amount in the water meter plus the current purchased water amount is less than the limit.
8. Fully sealed design: The water meter adopts a dual waterproof sealing design, with sealing gaskets used between the upper and lower shells for sealing, and the circuit board is sealed with epoxy resin for sealing effect.
9. The unique design of the battery compartment on the top of the water meter housing allows the management department to easily replace the battery.
10. Ready to use function: Designed according to national standards, the connection size is the same as that of a regular water meter, and can be replaced without changing the pipeline.
11. Valve self-cleaning function: The water meter automatically switches on and off twice a month to achieve automatic valve discharge, avoiding valve rust, scaling and other phenomena.
12. Micro power design, static operating current less than 4uA, battery life greater than 6 years.
13. One card function: This water meter supports multiple meters with one card, and can realize one card for water, electricity, heat, and gas.
