Purpose and Introduction
This machine is a specialized cleaning equipment for small dose glass bottles. The bottles are transported by a mesh belt and immersed in water for ultrasonic rough cleaning. Then, they are sent one by one into the rising block by a screw. The bottles are then clamped by bottle clamps on the water surface, and after flipping, they are respectively washed with recycled water rough cleaning, purified compressed air blowing, purified water or distilled water fine cleaning, and purified compressed air blowing to complete the bottle cleaning work. Finally, the bottle is flipped over and pulled out by the bottle wheel.
