Application of HC and HSI series impact crushers
The HC and HSI series impact crushers can be used for coarse crushing of materials, as well as for medium and fine crushing. Mainly used in the processing of sand and gravel aggregates, raw material crushing in the cement industry, and recycling of construction waste.
Working principle of HC series impact crusher
The HC series impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. During operation, the rotor of the impact crusher rotates at high speed under the drive of the electric motor. After the material enters, it collides with the plate hammer on the rotor to crush it, and then it is counterattacked to the lining plate for further crushing, and finally discharged from the discharge port. Users can adjust the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor frame to achieve the goal of changing the particle size and shape of the material discharge.
