Motor rotor shaft heat sleeve

Assembly process of interference fit heat sleeve for aluminum shell and stator coil of small and medium-sized motors, motor drive shaft and bearings

The wire removal furnace is mainly used for burning the insulation paint of the coil during motor repair, eliminating the harsh environment and danger of traditional wire burning.

Performance characteristics:

1. The surface temperature rise of the furnace body is ≤ room temperature+20 ℃, and special positions refer to JB/T5520-91 standard;

2. The advanced hot air circulation system ensures good temperature uniformity inside the box;

3. The inner liner is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and equipped with thermal expansion joints. The inner liner does not deform at high temperatures and is durable;

4. Diversity of Doors: Top doors can be translated or flipped to choose from; Front opening with side movement and vertical lifting options;

5. The door opening methods are manual, electric, and hydraulic; The gate structure can be either single-layer or double-layer;

6. Heating methods: electric heating, gas heating, fuel heating.
