2、 Product Introduction:

Ultrasonic cleaning methods exceed conventional cleaning methods, especially for complex surfaces of workpieces, such as mechanical parts with uneven surfaces and blind holes, as well as small products that require high cleanliness, such as clock and precision machinery parts, electronic components, circuit board components, etc. Ultrasonic cleaning can achieve ideal results!

Ultrasonic cleaning generates strong shock waves when cavitation bubbles burst, and a part of the dirt layer is peeled off, dispersed, emulsified, and peeled off under the action of the shock waves. The bubbles generated by the cavitation phenomenon penetrate through the gaps and voids between the dirt layer and the surface layer formed by the impact. Due to the synchronous expansion and contraction of these small bubbles and sound pressure, a physical force like peeling repeatedly acts on the dirt layer. The dirt layer is peeled off layer by layer, and the bubbles continue to penetrate inward until the dirt layer is completely peeled off. Adding cleaning solution in ultrasonic cleaning combines chemical and physical forces to accelerate the cleaning process.

If the power is chosen to be too high, the cavitation intensity will be greatly increased, and the cleaning effect will be improved. However, this will also cause corrosion points on more precise parts, which is not worth the loss. Moreover, the cavitation at the bottom of the cleaning cylinder vibration plate is severe, and the water point corrosion will also increase. When using organic solvents such as trichloroethylene, there is basically no problem, but when using water or water-soluble cleaning solutions, it is easy to suffer from water point corrosion. If the surface of the vibration plate has been damaged, cavitation corrosion will be more severe under high power, so the ultrasonic power should be selected according to the actual use situation.
