When measuring gas and steam, the meter is checked based on the measured temperature and pressure to ensure that the flow rate is not affected by changes in temperature and pressure, which may affect the accuracy of the flow meter due to changes in vapor density. When the ordinary vortex flowmeter is manufactured with a 1:10 range ratio, the flow accuracy cannot be guaranteed in the range range of less than 10% and more than 90%. Non intelligent flowmeters cannot perform multi-point linearization compensation of flow signals through internal programs. Intelligent flowmeters use multi-point linearization compensation to ensure the flow accuracy of the flowmeter in each range segment. The range ratio of intelligent flowmeter is 1:15, which is higher than that of ordinary vortex flowmeter.
