7Selection principles and precautions

8、 Installation and use
1. The equipment must be installed horizontally, with a space of 1.5 meters and 0.4 meters at both ends for replacing the lamp tube;
2. The quartz sleeve and lamp tube inside the equipment are fragile items, and attention should be paid during installation and transportation;
3. When installing ultraviolet lamps, special attention should be paid to protecting the exhaust port of the lamp (there is a noticeable protrusion on one end of the tube wall). The exhaust port should be slowly pushed into the sleeve, and collision with the exhaust port is strictly prohibited, otherwise it will cause damage to the lamp tube;
4. The ultraviolet sterilizer shall not bear the weight of external pipelines;
5. Pipeline installation should be carried out according to the schematic diagram. Cut off valve 1 is the main pipeline valve and is in a closed state during normal operation. Cut off valves 2 and 3 are the inlet and outlet valves of the ultraviolet sterilizer and are in an open state during normal operation. Sampling valves 1 and 2 are the detection water inlet;
After the pipeline installation is completed, the outlet valve should be opened first, and then the inlet valve should be slowly opened to ensure that the internal mechanism of the ultraviolet sterilizer is not strongly impacted by the water flow and can enter the working state normally;
