This machine applies advanced Japanese technology and utilizes the principles of multi blade rapid crushing, continuous stirring, mixing friction heating, and rapid cooling shrinkage to produce particles from waste and corner materials such as plastic film, silk, tape, sheet, soft plastic tube, foam material, and degradable material. It is currently the latest ideal granulation equipment for plastic recycling and regeneration.
Main functions:
1. The recycling of waste and scraps from various soft plastic films, bags, wires, tapes, sheets, pipes, such as polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, etc., is put into production.
2. Recycling and reproduction of degradable plastic films and crushed and granulated corner materials.
3. Crush and pelletize synthetic materials (such as polyester, acrylic, polypropylene, etc.) and dispose of waste fibers for further production.
4. One machine is versatile. Can replace mixers or dryers.
