working principle:
Using high-temperature flue gas as the medium, it enters the drum dryer and adopts a downstream drying process. Four small rollers are installed at the lower part of the drum to support and drive the drum dryer to rotate. The fresh leaves are transported to the feeding port by the lifting feeder for addition. Wet materials are brought into the rotating dryer chamber by hot air, and under the action of the plate and airflow inside the cylinder, the materials continuously move forward. As a result, the wet materials come into full contact with the hot air, generating heat exchange, thereby improving thermal efficiency and drying strength. The dried leaves leave the dryer and immediately enter the airflow stone remover to remove impurities. At the same time, they enter the cyclone separator for gas-solid separation. The waste moisture is extracted by the fan, and the dry materials are discharged through the damper.
