(1) Measurement principle
The total phosphorus online analyzer consists of two modules. High temperature chemical digestion module, used to heat and digest samples; Analysis module, used to test phosphate concentration. During the digestion process, all valence states of phosphorus compounds are converted into orthophosphate that can be analyzed by photometry. The reaction is based on the oxidation of other valence states of phosphorus to orthophosphate by persulfate under acidic conditionsPO43-High temperature and high pressure conditions can greatly shorten the digestion time. Use molybdenum blue colorimetric method to test the concentration of orthophosphate: add molybdate to the sample, react chemically to make the sample blue, use a photometer to detect the color change, and then convert it into concentration. The entire process is carried out in an orderly manner under the control of the controller, thus ensuring high operational safety. This method complies with national standardsGB 11893-89.

(1) Measurement principle
Using molybdenum–Vanadate standard addition colorimetric method. Add indicator and solution to the sample during testingPO43- A chemical reaction occurs to form a yellow solution. The amount of color change is proportional to the orthophosphate in the solution. The amount of color change is detected using a photometer and converted to concentration using the reference beam method. This dual wavelength testing process, combined with a unique background value correction function, enables the instrument to automatically eliminate the effects of chromaticity and environmental changes around the flow cell. Practice has proven that even if the chromaticity of the sample is large, the testing error will not exceed1%.
