I. Overview
Conducting performance tests on the stator (rotor) before the generator leaves the factory and displaying the test data can timely detect and solve early problems of the generator, thereby improving the installation qualification rate.

3、 Test method:
First, connect the main power supply, and the frequency converter and frequency converter motor will start to serve as the power drive system. That is, the frequency converter and frequency converter motor will drive the generator to rotate as the driving power source. At this time, the generator is in a generating state, and the load box (which adopts a resistance load air cooling form) is used to load and test the generator. (All monitoring instruments must have corresponding identification for monitoring and testing items above them)

5、 Computer display and electrical parameter measuring instrument on the console
1. Cold state testing of motor's arbitrary load performance: When the motor is in cold state, a fixed frequency is given, and the corresponding load is added (general test points: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 110% points). The load is manually controlled in segmented power form, and the corresponding parameters are tested by dividing the load into 0.1KVA. It can reflect the efficiency of the generator's load-bearing capacity.
2. The installation of the generator adopts pneumatic clamping control (including the expansion and contraction of the electric brush using pneumatic methods) to ensure quick installation during mass production, and all wiring is manually completed.
3. For the convenience of users' testing needs, the load circuit and control design are divided into multiple stages, with manual direct loading.
4. The testing process involves multiple testing points according to requirements, and the manual button is pressed during testing. At the same time, the program has function selection keys that users can set according to their actual situation.
5. Real time testing data report: The output data report should meet the format requirements. The raw data obtained from each experiment measurement should be stored separately in data format files and can be copied out for other program processing, providing the data storage format. The data should be traceable and previous test reports can be printed and issued.
6. Equipped with barcode scanning function, the information collected by the scanning gun can be shared with the generator testing computer and JEA company's ERP system.
6、 Introduction to FZ-310-ATE AC Load Cabinet
This machine mainly adopts novel power consuming components, with high power density, no red heat phenomenon, and automatic overheating protection function. The whole machine is composed of fully resistive loads, and the power input is segmented to meet the needs of different powers.
