| (1) BMV/B1-3 type gas safety valve box 1. Purpose: This product is suitable for gas pipeline users with low impurities such as sulfur, tar, naphthalene, etc. in metal gas welding, gas cutting, flame surface cleaning, and hot processing. 2. Structural characteristics The external protective box of this product is made of gray baked paint for rust prevention. The valve box contacts (including post tempering prevention devices) can be used by 1-3 people separately or simultaneously. All instruments can be directly observed through the peephole on the valve box panel, and all internal pipelines are made of high-quality carbon steel. The valve box door is equipped with a dedicated lock for the box body, which facilitates centralized management and can avoid energy waste and unsafe factors caused by misoperation. 3. | precautions During the installation process of this product, please note that the inlet and outlet ports should not be reversed. If blockage is found, it should be cleaned. After one year of use, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out and the sealing components should be replaced. After assembly, pressure testing and tempering tests should be conducted to ensure fire resistance performance. (2) BMG/B1-4 type gas point valve box 1. Purpose: This product is suitable for use in coke oven gas and mixed gas pipelines for gas welding, gas cutting, flame surface cleaning, and thermal processing. 2. Structural characteristics The external protective box of this product is made of gray baked paint for rust prevention. The valve box contacts can be used separately by 1-4 people for welding or cutting torches, or for simultaneous use. The instruments used can be directly observed through the peephole on the valve box panel, and the internal distributors of the valve box are made of high-quality carbon steel. | 5. Instructions for use (1) When operating, connect the DN50 flange to the valve in the system and open the valve. Use a hose to connect the DN15 joint to the welding torch or cutting torch. Close the sweeping valve and the drain valve inside the box to supply gas to the welding torch or cutting torch. (2) When blowing, close the intake valve and joint valve, use a hose to blow the valve and connect it to the blowing medium or nitrogen, and open the drain valve to blow the valve box. |
