working principle:
GD uses non combustible organic solvents such as hydrocarbons, D6, HT-1, 141B, etc. as cleaning agents. It has a strong ability to dissolve dirt, and its function becomes more significant after ultrasonic cleaning. Suitable for cleaning electronic components, electronic circuit boards, precision mechanical parts, watch cases, watch straps, etc. before electroplating to remove rosin, flux, oil stains, polishing paste, etc. Place the workpiece in an ultrasonic cleaning tank filled with organic solvents, and use strong ultrasonic cavitation to clean the object in a short period of time. Place the workpiece in the steam zone of the cleaning machine. When the workpiece touches the steam, condensation occurs and interacts with the surface dirt of the workpiece. As the droplets fall, the dirt is carried away. After a certain period of time in the distillation tank, the part is lifted and placed in the upper freezing zone for freeze-drying.
