Gansu Galaxy Food Group Co., Ltd. Wastewater Treatment Project

Gansu Galaxy Food Group Co., Ltd. is located in Minle County, a key town on the Silk Road and in the middle section of the Hexi Corridor, at the northern foot of the Qilian Mountains in the original ecological nature reserve. It is a research and development enterprise for pea product processing and FD/AD dehydrated vegetable production in the northwest, a benchmark enterprise in China's fan industry, and a demonstration enterprise for vegetable product production.
The design water volume of this project is 3000m ³/d, and the sewage mainly consists of pea products and dehydrated vegetable production wastewater.
The processing goal is to meet the standards required by the construction party, using the process route of "anaerobic IC+aerobic biochemistry". The effluent CODcr is ≤ 500mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is ≤ 45mg/L, and the effluent is stable and meets the standard.
