Gansu Binhe Food Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. Wastewater Treatment Project

Established in 1984, Gansu Binhe Group is one of the top 40 liquor enterprises in China and one of the 60 key enterprises in Chinese Baijiu Province. The core industries of Binhe Group are Baijiu and wine, with annual production capacity of more than 20000 tons and 10000 tons respectively.
The design water volume of the project is 1000 m ³/d, and the wastewater mainly comes from Baijiu and wine production wastewater.
The processing goal is to meet the standards required by the construction party, using the process route of "anaerobic UASB+aerobic biochemistry". The CODcr of the effluent is ≤ 500mg/L, and the effluent is stable and meets the standard.
