Working principle of GZT series rod vibrating feeder
The GZT series vibrating feeder mainly uses a pair of vibration motors with the same performance parameters as the excitation source. When the two vibration motors operate in reverse at the same angular velocity, the inertial force generated by their eccentric blocks is repeatedly superimposed or cancelled out in a specific phase. Thus, a huge synthetic excitation force is generated, causing the body to undergo forced vibration on the supporting spring, and using this vibration as the driving force, the animal material slides and throws on the feeding trough, continuously moving forward to achieve the feeding purpose. When the material passes through the sieve strip on the tank, smaller materials can fall through the gap between the sieve strips without going through the next crushing process, achieving the screening effect.
The vibrating feeder can uniformly, timed, and continuously feed block and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device in the production process. In the sand and gravel production line, it can continuously and uniformly feed the crushing machinery and perform coarse screening on the materials. It is widely used in crushing and screening equipment in metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives and other industries.
