The GZC magnetic pump linear filling machine is designed based on advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad. It is mainly suitable for filling various types of liquor, oils, water-based reagents, and general emulsions in industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical, food, and chemical. It is a versatile and stable automatic metering filling equipment. This device is an electromechanical integrated product and can be easily linked with other devices to achieve full line automation.

working principle:

Empty bottles are transported to the filling station via the bottle conveyor track for filling. There are two bottle blocking cylinders on one side of the filling station, and the working signal is sent out by the proximity switch to activate the filling and cylinder. The filled bottles are then sent out to the next process by the bottle conveying track.

The filling system is controlled by a magnetic pump and flow control components. The filling capacity is achieved by controlling the number of rotations of the magnetic pump through a frequency converter and PLC. The secondary measurement of flow is then achieved through a flow control component installed at the outlet of the magnetic pump, thereby reducing measurement errors. The speed of filling is controlled by a frequency converter to regulate the speed of the magnetic pump, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of foaming caused by filling materials too quickly. Each time the filling measurement is adjusted, there is no need to replace the measuring pump, just modify the relevant parameters on the LCD (touch screen).
