Product Model: GYTS Outdoor Layer Twisted Armored Optical Cable
Scope of application: Overhead, pipeline, direct burial
Product standard: Meets YD/T901-2001 and IEC60794-1 standards
Performance Description: Suitable for long-distance communication and inter office communication

The structure of GYTS outdoor twisted armored optical cable is to insert 9/125 μ m single-mode fiber or 50/125 μ m, 62.5/125 μ m multimode fiber (silica) into a loose tube made of high water resistance material, and fill the loose tube with water resistance compound material. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforcement core, which requires an additional layer of PE jacket for multi-core optical cables. A compact and circular cable core is formed by interlocking a loose sleeve and a filling rope around a central reinforcing core. Fill the gaps inside the cable core with water-resistant filling material. Double sided wrinkled steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.
GYTS Outdoor Layer Twisted Armored Fiber Optic Cable Product Features:
1. The material of the loose tube itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength
2. Injecting characteristic grease inside the tube provides critical sealing protection for the optical fiber
3. PE sheath has excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation
4. Strengthening the core at the center of a single steel wire helps with the parallelism and tension of the optical cable
5. Stretching resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, pressure resistance, and can be repeatedly bent, twisted, bent, and wound (with a bending angle not exceeding 90 °). It has excellent mechanical properties and temperature characteristics
6. Double sided wrinkled steel strip (PSP) improves the moisture resistance of optical cables
7. It has good characteristics and economic benefits such as fast transmission speed, long distance, good confidentiality, anti electromagnetic interference, good insulation, good chemical stability, long service life, and low loss.
8. Applicable temperature range: -40 ℃ -+60 ℃
Common fiber optic cable cores: 2 cores, 4 cores, 8 cores, 12 cores, 24 cores, 48 cores, 72 cores, 144 cores, 288 cores, etc.
