Greiderman vibration ball millworking principle

The soil grinder GT300 can quickly and efficiently crush up to 2 × 96 samples in just 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Crushing is achieved by placing the pre processed sample into a grinding container (such as a stainless steel tank or centrifuge tube/adapter), and the grinding tank or adapter swings radially in a circular arc in the horizontal direction. Under high-frequency swinging, the small balls in the grinding tank collide with the sample at high speed. When using many small balls (such as glass balls), biological cells can be broken. The friction and impact between balls can effectively cause cell breakage.
