This machine is an economical sewing machine developed by Zhiqiang Company based on years of understanding of the container bag market, specifically for the sewing production needs of container bags. It has been professionally adjusted and is suitable for sewing thicker, medium thick, and thinner container bags. It can sew thick materials without skipping needles and thin materials without wrinkling. The manual presser foot can be pulled back, forth, left, and right for local reinforcement during sewing. For packaging products with dust-proof strips, the needle position can be replaced with three different components for effective sewing. It uses a connecting rod to pick the thread and a horizontal triple rotary shuttle to hook the thread, forming a single needle double line lock stitch. The use of triple rotary shuttle not only makes its shuttle core capacity the same as GB4-1 shuttle core capacity, but also greatly reduces production noise, improves production speed, reduces the use of spare parts, and lowers production costs. It adopts a top-down composite feeding method, making it more flexible in climbing. Equipped with a reverse sewing device, the operation is simple and convenient.
