1. It is designed with a sensitive thickness detection system, which enables the machine to automatically identify the thickness of the material. When the sewing machine sews the opening fabric, the sewing machine will automatically release the thread clamp, and when sewing other parts, it will automatically lock the thread clamp, achieving consistent stitching and greatly improving the quality of the container bag; At the same time, the thickness detection system can automatically adjust the interaction amount of the presser foot according to the sewing thickness, making the sewing machine have high sewing thickness and climbing ability, which can meet the sewing needs of container bags weighing more than 3 tons.

GSC-367D has a manual reinforcement seam and automatic speed reduction function. When the operator manually reinforces the seam, the high speed will automatically decrease to the pre-set speed range. New workers can lower the manual reinforcement seam speed and adjust it again after becoming proficient. This humanized design is more suitable for the rapid training needs of enterprises for new employees.
