GRL seriesSteel strip melting forming granulatorIt is a new and practical melt forming granulator that uses thin steel strip heat transfer and atomized spray cooling to rapidly solidify and form the molten liquid. This machine is an economical and reliable production process that can process particles with a diameter of 4-12mm. These products are very uniform, in the form of hemispherical, strip-shaped, and sheet-like shapes, stable, stress free, and of high purity and quality.
The machine adopts a single machine rotating housing, which makes maintenance convenient, minimal wear and tear, and high productivity; Fast loading, unloading, and replacement of products; The fabric feeder and steel strip operate synchronously, allowing for high-speed production of uniform ingots, improving productivity and increasing production profits; It can effectively eliminate dust, improve the environment, and significantly expand the viscosity range. working principle
The machine is mainly composed of a feeding die granulation and forming material feeder, a cooling and conveying stainless steel belt and pulley, a spray cooling system, a transmission system, an insulation device, a frame, a scraper, etc. The material feeding mold granulation and material feeder is mainly composed of a mold sleeve and a core shaft. The spray cooling system mainly consists of nozzles, water tanks, etc. The transmission system is mainly composed of speed regulating motors, reducers, etc.
The hot melt material from the upstream process is evenly spread on the steel strip moving at a constant speed below it through the granulator feeder. A continuous spray and cooling device is installed below the steel strip to force the material above to cool and solidify quickly during the movement process, thus achieving the purpose of forming granulation. According to physical properties and usage requirements, the fabric dispenser can choose different forms such as intermittent dripping, continuous stretching, and full width overflow to meet the production of products with different shapes such as hemispherical, strip, and sheet.

- Both the steel strip and the fabric feeder adopt variable frequency speed regulation, which can be conveniently adjusted and controlled according to production capacity, environmental conditions, and physical properties.
Scope of application
This machine is suitable for various materials with melting points (softening points) within 50-300 ℃ that require condensation granulation, strip cutting, and cooling fragmentation. Typical application materials include petroleum resin, phenolic resin, sulfur, paraffin, asphalt, special wax asphalt, rosin and rosin resin, carved blocks, maleic anhydride, p-nitrochlorobenzene, anti-aging agent, hot melt sol, stearate, fatty acid, partial anhydride, aluminum sulfate, calcium chloride, polyamide resin, m-phenylenediamine, catechol, sodium hydrosulfide, epoxy resin, rubber additive, refined p-dichlorobenzene, partial anhydride, stearic acid, C5 resin, C9 resin, C5C9 polymer resin, sulfurized alkali, hot melt sol, urea, rubber and plastic. Additives, hot melt adhesives, various additives, rubber and plastic additives, antioxidants, anti-aging agents, light stabilizers 622/944 and other materials. It can also be widely applied to the rapid cooling process of powder like materials and cake like viscous materials, such as emulsion explosive matrix, crystal matrix, sodium fluorosilicate, etc.

Technical Requirements
- Select the conveying speed and feeder speed based on the melting point (solidification point), material temperature viscosity, and cooling effect of the processed product to avoid affecting production capacity and granular quality.
- The material must be filtered for solid impurities and must not enter the granulation head, otherwise it will cause wear or blockage of the head, affecting the quality of granulation.
- The temperature control should be determined based on the melting point temperature, and the insulation requirement is that the temperature change should not exceed ± 3 ℃. The cooling system should be equipped with a filter screen, and the temperature of the cooling water is generally between 5 ℃ -25 ℃ (low water temperature, fast forming, good granulation, high output).
