This series of products is an advanced equipment with high efficiency, high precision, high dynamic response, and high stiffness. It can be equipped with accessory milling heads and can complete machining processes such as boring, milling, drilling, reaming, and tapping on the inner and outer five surfaces of the workpiece in one clamping. It can achieve three-axis linkage and contour milling. The machine tool adopts a gantry layout, with high-precision, high rigidity, heavy-duty roller linear guides for the X-axis, and soft belt sliding guides or heavy-duty roller linear guides for the Y-axis and Z-axis. X. The Y and Z axes are driven by preloaded ball screws.

X. The Y and Z feed axes can be equipped with HEIDENHAIN grating rulers to achieve closed-loop control for detection.

The machine tool has optional functions such as internal and external cooling of cutting tools, automatic tool magazine, internal tool alignment, workpiece measurement, and CNC swing angle head.
