One System Overview

The system provides strict monitoring, control, and management of laboratory environmental parameters in accordance with GLP requirements, such as collecting environmental temperature, humidity, pressure difference, refrigerator temperature, carbon dioxide incubator concentration, etc. The environmental data collected in the laboratory room is transmitted to the cloud server for data storage and analysis, and various environmental parameters of the laboratory are monitored in real time, making it convenient for laboratory personnel to remotely monitor the room. In case of abnormal environmental parameters, the system can notify the corresponding personnel in various alarm forms (sound, WeChat, email alarm, etc.) and respond to the situation in a timely manner. Users can intuitively monitor the laboratory through various forms such as temperature and humidity change curves, data tables, etc. on the control host. At the same time, the system has a powerful hierarchical management function, providing a multi-level management and monitoring platform for user management at different levels. The system also has good scalability, providing users with huge expansion space for future functional expansion. (1) Real time collection function of the system

The system remotely collects and records real-time temperature, humidity, pressure difference, refrigerator temperature, carbon dioxide concentration, illumination, power outage status, cold storage temperature, etc. from multiple monitoring points, and displays and records them in real time;

(2) System control function

The system can remotely control equipment such as air conditioning, lighting, ultraviolet lamps, ozone generators, etc. automatically and manually;

(3) System statistical analysis function

The system displays real-time or historical changes in various parameter curves of the laboratory, including parameter lists, real-time curve graphs (corresponding to specific values and adjusting coordinates arbitrarily), real-time data, converted data, cumulative data, history, alarm screens, reports, and other display and statistical functions that are more in line with user needs.

(4) Data storage function

All data collection and recording are carried out on the on-site controller and cloud platform software, and the data can be automatically backed up, printed, archived, etc. at regular intervals according to the requirements of the users.

(5) Printing/report function

Scheduled printing (optional line by line or page by page) and manual printing (including images, curves, parameters, and reports); And it can output reports in different formats according to the specific requirements of the users, such as EXCEL, curves, etc.
